Assurance.
Does this meet the relevant criteria, and what evidence supports that conclusion?
Independent findings and assurance conclusions on whether governance, controls and operating structures meet their design, their documentation and the standards they are meant to meet.
An independent opinion that management, boards, investors and regulators can rely on, because it rests on evidence.

What Assurance covers.
- Independent Audit
- Independent audit of governance, controls and operating structures against their design, their documentation and the standards they are meant to meet, concluding in an opinion that rests on evidence.
- Assurance Readiness
- Governance, controls and evidence prepared for examination by an auditor or certification body, a regulator, or an enterprise customer's security review and procurement due diligence.
- Internal Audit and Control Testing
- Appropriately scoped internal audit and control testing, on control environments HIBS did not design or implement.
The opinion carries weight because it is independent. It rests on evidence and professional judgement, and is not altered because a different conclusion would be easier to hear. We do not issue financial audits, certifications or compliance attestation reports.
Readiness for audit or due diligence
Governance, controls and evidence prepared before an auditor, regulator or enterprise customer reviews them.
Independent governance review for the board
An opinion that rests on evidence, reported to the board or committee, on work HIBS did not design or implement.
HIBS exists to solve complex systemic problems.
Set out the situation. If Assurance is where the work starts, the first conversation establishes its scope; if not, it establishes where to begin.
