Information about how we use cookies and similar technologies.
Humanity In Business Solutions Ltd
Effective: June 2026 | Applies to: humanityinbusiness.com and intelligence.humanityinbusiness.com
Scope of this Policy
This Cookie Policy applies to both the Humanity In Business Solutions marketing website (humanityinbusiness.com) and the HIBS assessment platform (intelligence.humanityinbusiness.com). Where cookies differ between the two properties, this is clearly indicated. Essential cookies and storage are always active and do not require consent. Analytics and visitor-identification technologies are set only with your explicit consent.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device on return visits and remember information about your session. Cookies may be set by us (first-party cookies) or by third parties whose services we use.
This policy also covers similar technologies including scripts, web beacons, and local storage where these are used for equivalent purposes.
2. Cookie categories
We use the following categories of cookies:
3. Cookies on humanityinbusiness.com
The following cookies are placed on our marketing website:
3.1 Essential cookies
3.2 Analytics & visitor identification
These technologies are set only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, the following is loaded:
3.3 Third-party services
Google Fonts is loaded from Google's servers to render web fonts. This involves transmission of your IP address to Google. For details see the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
The Apollo tracker (section 3.2) is provided by Apollo.io, a service based in the United States. Where you have consented, using it involves transmission of your IP address and on-site activity to Apollo, which may identify the organisation you are associated with. This constitutes an international transfer of data outside the UK/EEA. For details see Apollo's Privacy Policy at apollo.io/privacy-policy.
3.4 Cookieless analytics
We use Vercel Analytics on the marketing website to measure aggregate traffic and page performance. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores no information on your device, uses no persistent identifiers, and does not track you across other sites. Because it does not store or access information on your device, it does not require consent under PECR and runs for all visitors. Provided by Vercel Inc. (United States); see vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
4. Cookies on intelligence.humanityinbusiness.com
The HIBS assessment platform processes different data from our marketing website. The following cookies are used:
4.1 Essential cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function and are always active.
4.2 Analytics cookies
These cookies are only placed with your explicit consent on the assessment platform.
AI Processing Disclosure
When you generate a report on the HIBS assessment platform, your assessment responses are transmitted to the Anthropic API for AI-assisted report generation. This transmission is governed by Anthropic's data processing terms. Assessment data transmitted to Anthropic is not used to train AI models. Reports are stored in our Supabase database. For full details of how your assessment data is processed, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Managing your consent
When you first visit either of our properties, a cookie banner is displayed. Essential cookies and storage are always active. You may accept or decline optional analytics and visitor-identification cookies using the banner controls.
You can change your preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling all cookies may affect the functionality of our services, particularly authentication and payment processing on the assessment platform.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right to be informed — to know what data is collected and why
- Right of access — to obtain a copy of your personal data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@humanityinbusiness.com.
