How the Practice Operates
Governance begins internally. These commitments are maintained across the organisation throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Gender Equality
A formal Gender Equality Plan governs equal opportunities in recruitment and career progression, gender balance in leadership, flexible and family-friendly working conditions, measures against harassment and discrimination, and inclusive practices that recognise the full spectrum of gender identity.
Diversity & Inclusion
Teams, partners, and advisory engagements reflect a deliberate commitment to cognitive diversity across professional backgrounds, disciplines, and perspectives. Governance architecture is most effective when informed by that breadth.
Ethical Conduct
All engagements are governed by formal confidentiality agreements, conflict-of-interest protocols, and a code of conduct that applies to every member of the organisation and its extended network. Professional integrity is non-negotiable.
Responsible AI
The practice's AI governance work is held to the same rigour applied to client engagements. Transparency in automated decision-making, human-in-the-loop controls, and alignment of all AI initiatives to ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act.
